Premium DTF Printing Bundle (Medium)

 Premium A4 DTF Sheets(100 sh.)  + 2.2 lbs DTF Powder + 6 × 250ml CMYKWW DTF Ink Set

More ink. More film. Same complete system.

The Premium DTF Printing Bundle (Medium) is built for shops that have outgrown starter quantities and need a setup that keeps up with consistent daily production. One hundred sheets of our top-tier Premium A4 film, a full kilogram of fine-grain adhesive powder, and six 250ml bottles of CMYKWW ink  including double White  all matched for the same DTF workflow from first print to finished transfer.

Complete Ink Set  6 × 250ml CMYKWW

2.5× the ink volume of the starter set, same professional formula. The CMYKWW configuration includes two White bottles, because white ink consumption runs roughly three times higher than any color channel. Every transfer needs a white underbase on dark or colored fabric, and double White means you're not stopping mid-production to reorder.

Water-based pigment formula with nano-scale ground pigments for smooth gradients and vivid, accurate color across the full spectrum. Advanced anti-clogging humectants keep nozzles hydrated during idle periods. Controlled viscosity matched to piezo printhead firing frequency for precise droplet placement at speed.

CMYKWW  6 bottles, 1,500ml total
- Double White (×2)  matches the higher White consumption rate
- Nano-scale pigments  smooth gradients, vivid output on light and dark fabrics
- High-opacity White with Titanium Dioxide  maximum coverage in a single pass
- Anti-clogging formula  multi-stage filtration and advanced humectants
- Soft-hand feel, 50+ wash cycles, stretch and crack resistant
- Compatible with Epson I3200-A1, XP600, DX5, DX7, I1600, 4720, TX800, L1800, I390

Printium Premium A4 DTF Film, 100 Sheets

Double-sided matte coating engineered for consistent ink absorption across the full sheet surface, no pooling at edges, no bleed into unprinted areas. Anti-static treated so powder adheres precisely where ink lands, giving you clean transfer edges on every design.

Cold peel optimized: allow the transfer to cool after pressing, then peel for sharp, defined edges and strong adhesion across the full print area.

- Double-sided premium matte coating for consistent ink absorption
- Anti-static treatment  precise powder adhesion only where ink lands
- Cold peel optimized  sharp edges, strong adhesion
- Sharp detail on fine lines and small text
- Compatible with all desktop and industrial DTF printers
- Cotton, polyester, nylon, silk, spandex, denim, leather, and canvas compatible
- 50+ wash cycle durability

Printium Premium DTF  Powder, 1 kg

80–180 micron fine-grain TPU adhesive with nano-particle technology for uniform distribution across every sheet. Melts cleanly under cure heat, bonds permanently to film and fabric fibers, and cures to a soft flexible finish that moves with the garment without cracking or peeling over time.

- 80–180 micron fine-grain TPU adhesive
- Anti-static coating  bonds only to inked areas, clean transfer edges
- Melting point: 110–125°C | Heat press: 130–160°C, 25–38 psi
- Soft-hand feel  no stiff or plastic transfer finish
- 50+ wash cycles, stretch-resistant, crack-resistant bond

One Workflow. Three Products. Zero Gaps.

Print wet → apply powder within 60 seconds → cure at 230–280°F → press at 320°F for 15 seconds → peel hot immediately. The 250ml ink volume keeps your bottles full through longer production runs, 100 sheets means fewer box changes per session, and instant hot peel film eliminates the cooling wait that slows down back-to-back transfers.

Instructions

Premium A4 DTF Film Sheets

Print your design: Load the film into your DTF printer and print your design using high-quality DTF inks.

Apply Powder: Once the design is printed, evenly apply the DTF powder. Shake off any excess powder.

Cure the Design: Place the printed film in a DTF dryer to cure the powder and ink.

Heat Pressing: Place the film onto your garment and heat press at 280-320°F (138-160°C) for 8-10 seconds.

Peel: After heat pressing, peel the film instantly while it’s still hot—no need to wait for the garment to cool down.

Cool and Finish: Let the garment cool. The design will set as it cools.

Storage: Store unused film rolls in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the rolls sealed in their original packaging or protective film to avoid dust and dirt.

Handling Care: Don’t expose the film to high humidity, extreme temperatures, or direct heat, as this could affect the film’s performance.

Avoid Physical Damage: Be careful not to bend, crease, or tear the film. Store rolls horizontally to avoid pressure or deformation that could affect printing quality.

Printium DTF Powder Premium

Print Your Design: Load the DTF film into your printer and print your design using high-quality DTF inks.

Apply Powder: Once your design is printed, evenly sprinkle the Premium DTF Powder over the design. Use a shaker to ensure an even coat, then shake off any excess powder.

Cure the Design: Place the printed film in a DTF dryer to cure the ink and powder. This helps ensure proper bonding between the ink and the fabric.

Heat Press: Position the printed film on your garment and apply heat and pressure according to the film's instructions, adjusting time and temperature based on the fabric type for best results.

Peel and Finish: After heat pressing, peel the film (either hot, warm or cold, based on your preference), and allow the garment to cool down. Your design is now ready to wear!

Storage: Store any unused powder in its original sealed packaging. Keep it in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture from affecting its performance.

Handling Care: Be careful when handling the powder to avoid spills or contamination. Always use clean, dry tools to apply the powder.

Avoid Clumping: Make sure the powder is stored in a dry area to prevent clumping or hardening over time.

Printium Premium DTF Ink Set

Preparation: Shake the white ink bottle thoroughly before use to ensure consistency. Verify that your printer's ink tank is clean and ready to be filled with DTF ink.

Filling the Ink Tank: Carefully pour the ink into the corresponding ink tank of your printer. Use a funnel if necessary to prevent spills.

Printer Setup: Ensure your printer's software or firmware is configured for DTF printing. Set the appropriate color profiles for optimal color accuracy and vibrancy.

Storage: Store ink bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Seal bottles tightly after use to prevent drying out. The recommended storage temperature ranges from 57°F to 77°F for optimal preservation.
