The Printium UV DTF Ink Set brings together the full color range plus White and Varnish in 1 liter bottles, everything needed to run a UV DTF setup from first print to finished, glossy transfer. Unlike standard DTF, UV DTF ink cures instantly under UV LED light and prints directly onto rigid, non-fabric surfaces such as glass, metal, acrylic, and plastic, no powder step required.
The Colors
White, the foundation. Extreme opacity from a heavy pigment load creates the bright white base that lets colors read true on dark or transparent surfaces. Nano grinding keeps particle size low to prevent clogging.
Cyan, Magenta, Yellow. High density pigmentation for rich, saturated color with smooth gradients and crisp fills. Chemically stable across batches so colors stay consistent print to print.
Black. Deep, accurate black tones with strong adhesion to PET film, glass, acrylic, and metal.
Varnish, the finish. A clear protective topcoat that adds a glossy, mirror like finish, enables 3D embossed texture effects, and shields the print from scratches, water, and mild chemicals while staying flexible on curved surfaces.
Built for UV DTF Production
Every color in this set uses the same encapsulated resin and nano pigment formula with zirconium cut dispersion, filtered to protect printheads and cure cleanly under 365 to 395nm UV LED light. Curing takes roughly 10 to 60 seconds depending on lamp strength and material.
