Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming customers into the store, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our services. You’ll be the communication bridge between customers and the production team—ensuring smooth, clear, and efficient service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
● Greet and welcome walk-in customers with a friendly attitude
● Understand store policies and procedures to assist customers accurately
● Answer all phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
● Have helpful, productive conversations with customers to understand their needs
● Relay customer requests and order details clearly to the production team
● Solve customer issues and follow each case until resolution
● Keep detailed notes and records of customer interactions to ensure quality follow-up.
● Support order processing, returns, and general inquiries
● Maintain a clean, organized front desk and workspace
● Communicate updates to customers in a timely, professional manner

We're looking for a talented and hardworking Social Media & Content Creator who can help us build our brand, grow our online presence, and connect with our community through engaging, high-quality content.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and posting content (videos, photos, stories, etc.) across all platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with our team to highlight our products, customer stories, and daily operations in a creative, on-brand way.
You must be comfortable speaking in videos and sharing your voice on the business’s social media platforms. Whether you're explaining a product, walking through a behind-the-scenes process, or promoting a sale, your confident on-camera presence will help represent our brand.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, shoot, and edit photo/video content for social media
● Speak on camera to explain products, services, or promotions
● Write engaging captions and schedule regular posts
● Film behind-the-scenes content and product showcases
● Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly (especially TikTok & Reels)
● Respond to DMs and engage with followers
● Collaborate with the in-store team to stay updated on promotions and highlights
● Help manage a content calendar

As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll be responsible for handling inventory, preparing shipments, and helping with deliveries. This role requires someone who is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working with equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license and is willing to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
●Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock
●Label, shelve, and store materials properly
●Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
●Prepare shipments for delivery or pickup
●Operate a pallet jack safely and efficiently
●Make local deliveries as needed (valid driver’s license required)
●Assist with loading/unloading trucks
●Help manage inventory and maintain stock levels
●Keep warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free
●Work closely with the team to meet daily goals
