  • While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee your screen will perfectly reflect product colors.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current purchase information when placing an order.
  • DTF Bank reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or violations of these Terms.
  • Accepted payment methods are listed on our website.

4. Shipping Carriers and Options:

We use trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping options include standard, expedited, and same-day delivery for eligible supplies and spare parts orders placed before 2 PM Central Time (CT). Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Same-day delivery is not applicable to equipment orders.

Processing Times:

  • Supplies and Spare Parts: Orders placed before 2 PM CT are shipped the same day.

  • Equipment (e.g., Printers, Dryers, Heat Presses): Due to handling requirements, equipment orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Domestic Shipping Only: DTF Bank currently ships only within the United States.

Special Handling for Oversized Items: Printers, dryers, heat presses, and other oversized items require extra care. Customers should use a pallet jack or forklift to ensure safe movement and avoid damage.

Delays: While we strive to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Conditions:

    • Supplies must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
    • Equipment and spare parts, including printers, heat presses, shaker and dryer machines, and all spare parts, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Initiating a Return:

    • Customers must initiate a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@dtfbank.com with their order number and issue description.
    • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee:

    • A 20% restocking fee plus the cost of the return shipping label applies to all returned items.

  • Damaged Orders:

    • Report damaged items immediately to info@dtfbank.com.
    • Equipment damages are covered by a warranty, and resolution through the shipping company may take 50-60 business days.

  • Refunds:

    • Eligible returns will be inspected upon receipt, and refunds will be issued within 1-3 business days. Notification will be sent via email.

6. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, follow the return procedure.
  • Once the return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damages and Issues

  • Inspect items immediately upon receipt.
