Features

100 Sheets Premium A4 DTF Film + 2.2 lbs Premium DTF Powder

The two consumables you go through every single run, bundled together.

Film and powder are the foundation of every DTF transfer. This bundle pairs 100 sheets of Premium A4 DTF Film with a full kilogram of Printium DTF Powder Premium so you have both ready to go without a separate order. Reload your ink, load these supplies, and keep printing.

Printium Premium A4 DTF Film, 100 Sheets

Double-sided matte coating engineered for consistent ink absorption across the full sheet surface, no pooling at edges, no bleed into unprinted areas. Anti-static treated so powder adheres precisely where ink lands, giving you clean transfer edges on every design.

Cold peel optimized: allow the transfer to cool after pressing, then peel for sharp, defined edges and strong adhesion across the full print area.

- Double-sided premium matte coating for consistent ink absorption
- Anti-static treatment  precise powder adhesion only where ink lands
- Cold peel optimized  sharp edges, strong adhesion
- Sharp detail on fine lines and small text
- Compatible with all desktop and industrial DTF printers
- Cotton, polyester, nylon, silk, spandex, denim, leather, and canvas compatible
- 50+ wash cycle durability

Printium Premium DTF Powder, 1 kg

Fine-grain 80–180 micron TPU adhesive that melts evenly, bonds cleanly, and cures to a soft flexible finish. Nano-particle technology ensures uniform grain distribution — no clumping across the sheet, no thick spots, no uneven coverage that leads to patchy transfers.

Anti-static coating prevents powder from bonding outside the inked area, so your transfer edges stay as sharp as your artwork.

- 80–180 micron fine-grain TPU  matched to Premium A4 film's matte surface
- Nano-particle technology for uniform distribution
- Anti-static coating  powder bonds only where ink lands
- Melting point: 110–125°C | Heat press: 130–160°C, 25–38 psi
- Clear drying finish,  no visible residue after transfer
- Soft-hand feel,  stretches with fabric, never cracks
- 50+ wash cycles, stretch and crack resistant

Built for the Same Process

Print wet → apply powder within 60 seconds → cure at 230–280°F → press at 320°F for 15 seconds → cool → cold peel. Premium A4 film's matte absorption profile and Powder Premium's fine grain are matched for this exact sequence. The film holds the ink in place for precise powder adhesion, and the powder bonds cleanly to the film's matte surface during curing.

Instructions

Premium A4 DTF Film Sheets

Print your design: Load the film into your DTF printer and print your design using high-quality DTF inks.

Apply Powder: Once the design is printed, evenly apply the DTF powder. Shake off any excess powder.

Cure the Design: Place the printed film in a DTF dryer to cure the powder and ink.

Heat Pressing: Place the film onto your garment and heat press at 280-320°F (138-160°C) for 8-10 seconds.

Peel: After heat pressing, peel the film instantly while it’s still hot—no need to wait for the garment to cool down.

Cool and Finish: Let the garment cool. The design will set as it cools.

Storage: Store unused film rolls in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the rolls sealed in their original packaging or protective film to avoid dust and dirt.

Handling Care: Don’t expose the film to high humidity, extreme temperatures, or direct heat, as this could affect the film’s performance.

Avoid Physical Damage: Be careful not to bend, crease, or tear the film. Store rolls horizontally to avoid pressure or deformation that could affect printing quality.

Printium DTF Powder Premium

Print Your Design: Load the DTF film into your printer and print your design using high-quality DTF inks.

Apply Powder: Once your design is printed, evenly sprinkle the Premium DTF Powder over the design. Use a shaker to ensure an even coat, then shake off any excess powder.

Cure the Design: Place the printed film in a DTF dryer to cure the ink and powder. This helps ensure proper bonding between the ink and the fabric.

Heat Press: Position the printed film on your garment and apply heat and pressure according to the film's instructions, adjusting time and temperature based on the fabric type for best results.

Peel and Finish: After heat pressing, peel the film (either hot, warm or cold, based on your preference), and allow the garment to cool down. Your design is now ready to wear!

Storage: Store any unused powder in its original sealed packaging. Keep it in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture from affecting its performance.

Handling Care: Be careful when handling the powder to avoid spills or contamination. Always use clean, dry tools to apply the powder.

Avoid Clumping: Make sure the powder is stored in a dry area to prevent clumping or hardening over time.
