Spare Parts

How long does shipping take for spare parts?

Orders for spare parts placed before 4:00 PM Central Time (CT) are shipped the same business day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CT will be shipped on the next business day to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Do spare parts come with a warranty?

Spare parts do not carry a warranty, and no warranty coverage is provided after installation or use. However, we are committed to addressing any issues related to damaged or defective items upon delivery.

If a spare part arrives damaged or defective, do not open, install, or use the item. Please take clear photos of the outer packaging and, if the box shows signs of damage, record a video of the unboxing. Submit these materials through the Order Support Request Form on our website within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Please note that any spare part that has been opened, used, or installed is not eligible for return or replacement under any circumstances, even if it would otherwise qualify as damaged or defective.

Can I install spare parts myself?

DTF Bank does not provide installation assistance with the purchase of spare parts. Customers are responsible for installing parts on their own.

However, if the installation process is complex or you encounter issues you are unable to troubleshoot, and your equipment is the same as or similar to the models sold on our website, we may be able to assist. In such cases, you can purchase Remote Technical Support and schedule a teleconference session with our technical team.

What happens if the part I ordered is not compatible with my equipment?

All spare parts listed on our website are intended for use with DTF Bank equipment and brands only. If a part does not fit your equipment, DTF Bank is not responsible for incompatibility issues.

Please ensure the part is fully compatible with your specific equipment model before placing your order. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting our support team for confirmation prior to purchase.

Can I return a spare part?

All spare parts and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable.
