Start printing today. Everything included.

The Premium DTF Printing Bundle (Small) is the complete starter package for direct-to-film printing  ink, film, and powder in one order. No sourcing supplies separately, no compatibility questions, no missing pieces. Load the ink, print on the film, apply the powder, cure, press, and peel. That's it.

Designed for home printers, boutique shops, and anyone launching a DTF setup for the first time.

Complete Ink Set, 6 × 100ml CMYKWW

Six bottles, compact format, double white. The CMYKWW configuration gives you two White bottles because white ink is consumed at roughly three times the rate of color channels  every transfer needs a white underbase, and running out mid-run is the most common bottleneck for new DTF printers. This set solves that before it happens.

Water-based pigment formula with nano-scale ground pigments for smooth color transitions and vivid output on both light and dark fabrics. Advanced anti-clogging humectants protect your printhead during idle periods. Soft-hand feel after transfer — no stiff or plastic finish.

- CMYKWW 6 bottles, 600ml total
- Double White: two bottles match the higher white ink consumption rate
- Anti-clogging formula — advanced humectants protect nozzles
- High-opacity White with Titanium Dioxide for dark fabric coverage
- Soft-hand feel, 50+ wash cycles
- Compatible with Epson-based desktop DTF printers (I3200-A1, XP600, DX5, DX7, and more)

Premium Plus A4 DTF Film, 50 Sheets

Our top-tier A4 film with an advanced nano-matte coating engineered for precise ink absorption and clean edge definition. Instant hot peel means you pull the film the moment it comes off the press, no waiting, no cooling, no slowing down your workflow. Cold peel is also supported for full flexibility.

- Advanced nano-matte coating, sharper detail, finer lines
- Instant hot peel and pull immediately off the press
- Anti-static treatment  powder bonds only where ink lands
- Universal compatibility with all desktop DTF printers
- 50+ wash cycle durability

Printium Premium DTF Powder, 1 kg

Fine-grain TPU adhesive formulated to melt evenly, bond permanently, and cure to a flexible soft finish. The 80–180 micron grain size matches the precision of Premium Plus film,  no clumping, no uneven coverage, no rough transfers.

- 80–180 micron fine-grain TPU adhesive
- Nano-particle technology for uniform distribution
- Anti-static coating — bonds only to inked areas for clean transfer edges
- Melting point: 110–125°C | Heat press: 130–160°C, 25–38 psi
- Soft-hand feel — stretches with fabric, never cracks
- 50+ wash cycles. One Workflow. Three Products. Zero Gaps.

Print wet → apply powder within 60 seconds → cure at 230–280°F → press at 320°F for 15 seconds → peel hot immediately → done. Every product in this bundle is built for that exact sequence. The ink stays wet long enough for powder adhesion, the powder grain size matches the film's absorption profile, and the film's instant hot peel keeps your production moving without a cooling wait.

Instructions

Premium Plus A4 DTF Film Sheets

Print your design: Load the film into your DTF printer and print your design using high-quality DTF inks.

Apply Powder: Once the design is printed, evenly apply the DTF powder. Shake off any excess powder.

Cure the Design: Place the printed film in a DTF dryer to cure the powder and ink.

Heat Pressing: Place the film onto your garment and heat press at 270-310°F (132-155°C) for 4-5 seconds.

Peel: After heat pressing, peel the film instantly while it’s still hot—no need to wait for the garment to cool down.

Cool and Finish: Let the garment cool. The design will set as it cools.

Storage: Store unused film rolls in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the rolls sealed in their original packaging or protective film to avoid dust and dirt.

Handling Care: Don’t expose the film to high humidity, extreme temperatures, or direct heat, as this could affect the film’s performance.

Avoid Physical Damage: Be careful not to bend, crease, or tear the film. Store rolls horizontally to avoid pressure or deformation that could affect printing quality.

Printium DTF Powder Premium

Print Your Design: Load the DTF film into your printer and print your design using high-quality DTF inks.

Apply Powder: Once your design is printed, evenly sprinkle the Premium DTF Powder over the design. Use a shaker to ensure an even coat, then shake off any excess powder.

Cure the Design: Place the printed film in a DTF dryer to cure the ink and powder. This helps ensure proper bonding between the ink and the fabric.

Heat Press: Position the printed film on your garment and apply heat and pressure according to the film's instructions, adjusting time and temperature based on the fabric type for best results.

Peel and Finish: After heat pressing, peel the film (either hot, warm or cold, based on your preference), and allow the garment to cool down. Your design is now ready to wear!

Storage: Store any unused powder in its original sealed packaging. Keep it in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture from affecting its performance.

Handling Care: Be careful when handling the powder to avoid spills or contamination. Always use clean, dry tools to apply the powder.

Avoid Clumping: Make sure the powder is stored in a dry area to prevent clumping or hardening over time.

Printium Premium DTF Ink Set

Preparation: Shake the white ink bottle thoroughly before use to ensure consistency. Verify that your printer's ink tank is clean and ready to be filled with DTF ink.

Filling the Ink Tank: Carefully pour the ink into the corresponding ink tank of your printer. Use a funnel if necessary to prevent spills.

Printer Setup: Ensure your printer's software or firmware is configured for DTF printing. Set the appropriate color profiles for optimal color accuracy and vibrancy.

Storage: Store ink bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Seal bottles tightly after use to prevent drying out. The recommended storage temperature ranges from 57°F to 77°F for optimal preservation.
