Premium Plus A4 DTF Film Sheets & DTF Powder Bundle

2 × 100-Pack Premium Plus A4 DTF Sheets + 2.2 lbs DTF Powder

200 sheets. 2.2 lbs of powder. Everything matched and ready.

This bundle pairs two 100-packs of Premium Plus A4 DTF Film with a full kilogram of Printium DTF Powder Premium  200 sheets total, enough powder to cover every one of them. For shops running consistent A4 production, this is the restocking order that keeps both supplies moving at the same pace.

Premium Plus A4 DTF Film, 200 Sheets

Advanced nano-matte coating engineered for precise ink absorption and clean edge definition. The tighter surface structure of nano-matte versus standard matte holds fine-line artwork and small text sharper  critical for detailed designs, brand logos, and photographic prints where edge quality determines the final result.

Instant hot peel means the film comes off the press immediately, no cooling, no waiting, no slowing down between transfers. Cold peel is also supported. Both methods deliver clean, residue-free release.

Print wet → apply powder within 60 seconds → cure at 230–280°F → press at 320°F for 15 seconds → peel hot immediately → next sheet. Premium Plus film's nano-matte surface and Powder Premium's fine grain are matched for this sequence. The nano-matte coating absorbs ink precisely, the fine-grain powder adheres exactly where it should, and instant hot peel keeps the cycle moving without interruption.

Instructions

Premium Plus A4 DTF Film Sheets

Print your design: Load the film into your DTF printer and print your design using high-quality DTF inks.

Apply Powder: Once the design is printed, evenly apply the DTF powder. Shake off any excess powder.

Cure the Design: Place the printed film in a DTF dryer to cure the powder and ink.

Heat Pressing: Place the film onto your garment and heat press at 270-310°F (132-155°C) for 4-5 seconds.

Peel: After heat pressing, peel the film instantly while it’s still hot—no need to wait for the garment to cool down.

Cool and Finish: Let the garment cool. The design will set as it cools.

Storage: Store unused film rolls in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the rolls sealed in their original packaging or protective film to avoid dust and dirt.

Handling Care: Don’t expose the film to high humidity, extreme temperatures, or direct heat, as this could affect the film’s performance.

Avoid Physical Damage: Be careful not to bend, crease, or tear the film. Store rolls horizontally to avoid pressure or deformation that could affect printing quality.

Premium Plus DTF Powder

Print Your Design: Load the DTF film into your printer and print your design using high-quality DTF inks.

Apply Powder: Once your design is printed, evenly sprinkle the Premium DTF Powder over the design. Use a shaker to ensure an even coat, then shake off any excess powder.

Cure the Design: Place the printed film in a DTF dryer to cure the ink and powder. This helps ensure proper bonding between the ink and the fabric.

Heat Press: Position the printed film on your garment and apply heat and pressure according to the film's instructions, adjusting time and temperature based on the fabric type for best results.

Peel and Finish: After heat pressing, peel the film (either hot, warm or cold, based on your preference), and allow the garment to cool down. Your design is now ready to wear!

Storage: Store any unused powder in its original sealed packaging. Keep it in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture from affecting its performance.

Handling Care: Be careful when handling the powder to avoid spills or contamination. Always use clean, dry tools to apply the powder.

Avoid Clumping: Make sure the powder is stored in a dry area to prevent clumping or hardening over time.
