The CapPro CP2815 is built for professional cap customization, and this bundle makes it ready for even more hat styles right out of the box. Paired with both the Curve Fit Hat Press Pad and the Sharp Fit Hat Press Pad, this bundle gives you better support, more consistent pressure, and cleaner results across curved, structured, and angular caps.

Whether you are pressing Richardson 112s, baseball caps, trucker hats, hip-hop styles, INIVI caps, driver caps, or structured 5-panel hats, these two pads help you adapt the CP2815 to different cap shapes with more control and confidence.

The CP2815’s dual-heat technology heats from both the upper and lower platens at the same time, helping reduce cold spots and uneven transfers on curved surfaces. The automatic electromagnetic release helps prevent over-pressing, so every cap comes out cleaner, with less risk of scorching or pressure marks.

The Curve Fit Hat Press Pad is designed for curved and popular cap styles, especially 6-panel caps with center seams. Made from heat-resistant, high-density silicone, it helps absorb and distribute heat evenly across the inside of the cap. This creates a smoother pressing surface and helps transfers bond properly across seams and curved areas.

The Sharp Fit Hat Press Pad is made for more structured and angular hats that require firmer interior support. It is ideal for INIVI, driver-style caps, angular 5-panel hats, high-profile trucker hats, and other structured crowns. Its precise shape helps preserve the cap’s original form while reducing crush marks, ghosting, and uneven pressure.

Both pads work as thermal conductors and pressure equalizers. They help eliminate cold spots, support seams and stitch lines, and allow the adhesive on DTF transfers, vinyl, sublimation prints, or heat-applied patches to bond more evenly into the fabric. This helps create a stronger, longer-lasting finish that can better withstand daily wear and washing.

Made from durable, heat-resistant silicone, both pads are built for repeated use in a professional production environment. They hold their shape, resist sticking, and are easy to clean between jobs. Their stable structure also helps keep the cap in place during pressing, making alignment easier and improving workflow during high-volume orders.

Note: The CP2815 CapPro comes equipped with the #1 Flat Fit Press Pad, which is ideal for pressing 5-panel hats such as trucker hats, bucket hats, and tennis hats. An optional #2 Curve Fit Press Pad is available for 6-panel hats with a center seam, including styles like the Richardson 112, baseball caps, and hip-hop hats. For more specialized designs, the #3 Sharp Fit Press Pad is designed for 2-panel or certain 5-panel hats, such as driver hats and INIVI styles. The #2 and #3 press pads are sold separately.

The lower platen heats up to a range of 270–290°F and functions as a Heat Assist Platen, which supports most applications effectively. For increased heat on the lower platen, perform a press cycle and allow it to absorb additional heat from the upper platen. This method helps boost the lower platen’s temperature when needed for more demanding applications.

Instructions

Read the Instruction Guide: Carefully read and understand the comprehensive instruction guide that comes with the machine for detailed setup and safety instructions.

Set Up the Machine: Place the heat press on a flat, stable surface in a well-ventilated area. Plug the machine into an appropriate power source (110V/220V). Ensure the machine is properly assembled and the platen is securely in place.

Adjust Temperature and Time: Turn on the heat press and use the LCD controller to set the desired temperature and time settings based on the material and design. Preheat the press for 5-10 minutes.

Prepare the Cap: Position your cap securely on the one-size-fits-all platen and ensure the design area is smooth and positioned properly.

Press the Hat: Close the press using the lever to apply pressure. The automatic opening feature will prevent over-application, releasing the press when the set time is up.

Post-Press Care: After pressing, carefully remove the cap or hat.

Maintenance: Clean the platen with a damp cloth after each use. Check the press regularly for wear and ensure all parts are secure.

Warranty

DTF Bank offers a limited 6-month warranty for this product, covering non-consumable parts under normal use. Please note that the sale of this product is considered final. However, the warranty is provided to address any qualifying issues with the equipment. The warranty begins from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, DTF Bank will provide remote technical support and, if available, repair or replacement video guidance for any issues related to parts covered under the warranty.
