Water-based pigment formula with nano-scale ground pigments for smooth, consistent coverage pass after pass. High-opacity White loaded with Titanium Dioxide gives full, opaque coverage on dark and colored fabrics in a single underbase layer, no double-passing to hide the garment color.

High-purity 80–180 micron fine-grain TPU adhesive with nano-particle technology for uniform distribution across every sheet. Melts clean, bonds strong, and cures to a soft, flexible finish that moves with the fabric instead of cracking.

Usage Instructions

Printium Premium DTF Ink White
1. Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use to redistribute the TiO₂ pigment this is the most consumption-critical step for consistent opacity
2. Load into your Epson-based DTF printer's white ink channel
3. Print the white underbase layer first, beneath your CMYK design layer
4. Store in a cool, dark location (57–77°F / 14–25°C) away from direct sunlight; reseal tightly after each session

Printium DTF Powder Premium
1. Print your design wet onto DTF film
2. Apply powder evenly over the wet ink within 60 seconds of printing
3. Shake off excess powder, leaving an even coat only where ink has landed
4. Cure at 230–280°F until the powder fully melts and turns glossy
5. Press onto the garment at 130–160°C (130–160°C), 25–38 psi for ~15 seconds
6. Peel per film type (instant hot peel or cold peel, depending on the film used)
7. Store sealed, away from moisture humidity causes premature clumping
